2021 manifestations

H E L L O 2 0 2 1

Well, here we are! We made it. 2020 was not easy, and I’m proud of you. I’m proud of us. We got up, we fell down and we just gave it all we got. I hope this is what we continue to do throughout this year and I hope this year brings us more joy without having to fight so hard for it.

I plan to do my usual “21 things to do in 2021” style post but I am not quite done with my list yet! It could be mostly because I don’t quite know what we will actually be able to do. I may as well shoot for the moon, eh?

One thing I do know is that I have thought a lot about the little things I want to do more of. More general intentions, goals + dreams for this year. Even though 2020 was incredibly tough for so many reasons, I have been realizing more and more how great the year still was. Here are a few things I am hoping for for 2021

there is nothing more exhausting than the thing you never start

  • read more books // or should i say ; make more time for reading

  • always remember love

  • spread joy wherever and whenever possible

  • really build & spend time growing my online community/cheerleaders

  • learn + grow ; try online courses and general learning when possible

  • always be going on adventures & being young at heart with otis

  • practice a random act of kindness every day

  • try to meditate & actually relax my mind

  • fall in love with new music + artists

  • keep learning + trying more ways to go green and be eco-conscious

  • consume content that i love, serves me & makes me feel good

  • hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

  • listen to more podcasts + fall in love with some new ones

  • create meaningful content that matters to me (+ hopefully others!)

  • put more focus and effort into growing my podcast

  • find a way to move/exercise that is new to me that i really love

  • spend good quality time with pete, even if that means at home

  • nourish to flourish - eat as clean as possible

  • plan unplugged nights + spend less time on my phone in the evenings

  • cook more! try new recipes + make them for my babes

  • spend as much time outside as possible

  • savour every quiet, slow, & calm moment with my people

  • get creative and crafty / fix up some things in our home

  • plan chill/hygge days as often as i can

  • create great experiences and fun for otis
