it's my birthday!

Today is my birthday! (Ok, yesterday was!) It seems like every year before I know it, this day rolls around and another year has passed. The past year has been quite a transformative one for me in a lot of ways. A lot of change (mostly if not all, good change!) is not always something I am good with.

We had highs and lows, ups and downs, but ultimately so many good special moments that I am beyond grateful for.

So much happened in the last year. My first few months were finishing up my mat leave in November, followed by returning to work (fully remote) and then celebrating Christmas in a lockdown, followed by many more months of lockdown, moving in with my mom + stepdad for six months, deciding to sell our house, and then buying one right after! starting a new job + Otis going to daycare for the first time!

Phew! What a ride. We made it through, and I’m so happy! I love an excuse for a fresh start (and a new notebook!) and am looking forward to manifesting all of the magic for the year to come!✨
